(BASKING RIDGE, NJ) The Ridge Restaurant has been serving people of Basking Ridge and the surrounding areas, since 1987. Celebrating 30 years of serving a hungry public!

The Ridge has gained many friends, friends who have become like family. In our family, the most important events of each day was lunch & dinner.

There was always an abundance of food; not only for us, but also for the guests brought home. Family member or not, the hospitality was the same, and the fare so delicious you could taste the love that went into its preparation. Continuing that “famiglia” tradition, we, too, care about the preparation of our food and those who come to our table.
